Coming from our 280-tree family-owned olive grove in the mountainous region of Halkidiki, Greece, Alopix Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a testament to tradition and exceptional quality.

Our olive oil comes exclusively from hand-picked olives of the Chalkidiki Chondroelia variety, a type renowned for its high polyphenol content. These olives have been lovingly cultivated by our family ever since our grandfathers planted the first tree over 60 years ago.

Having such a small olive grove, gives us the opportunity to provide meticulous care to each tree, resulting in an olive oil that is not only perfectly balanced in flavor but also boasts remarkably low acidity and a high polyphenol content—key indicators of its health benefits and superior quality.
